Great work Hisao !

Keep developing an ISO it will be better for debugging since everybody have
the same install. Maybe later in the roadmap it would be nice to move to
linux from scratch. I think it's the good way cause cobalt appliances only
run what they need nothing more.  

Feedback:
- Having problem installing it in graphical mode with vmware workstation
4.0.0 build 4460 (with windows xp)
It generates this bug message : BUG F(141):1946 bugNr=2770

- Install process works well with a standard PIII 600 chipset bx machine but
having also the pwdb problem (not tried yet the quick rescue).
