Actually,

there is a script written by Jeff Bilicki for importing older "records"
files into the RaQ550 at

  ftp://ftp-eng.cobalt.com/pub/users/jeffb/cmu/dnsImport

it does work on BQ (I've used it myself to import records from a RaQ2).
