Not really the right place to ask ;-)

I have used the following Regex before, it's not perfect but it will 
pick up most obvious typo's...
   ^([a-zA-Z0-9_+\.\-])+\ (at mark) (([a-zA-Z0-9\-])+\.)+([a-zA-Z0-9]{2,4})+$
