Hi,

Hmm... strange.

This piece of code is from cobalt 550
It will check for 
/proc/sys/cobalt/powermode
or else return error.

My suggestion is to comment off the codes
as they are not need for BLUEQUARTZ

Then restart CCE

Let hope it will work
